Return Policy

We kindly ask every customer to double-check the sizes of clothing, as we provide the dimensions on the product page.
Nonetheless, we accept 30-day returns from the day of confirmed delivery of the product, provided that the return shipping costs must be paid by the costumer. The product must be in perfect condition, must not have been washed or show signs of use, for the order to be refunded.

When will my order be shipped?

Due to very limited human resources, it might take longer than usual to ship an order, but it shouldn’t take more than 1-2 weeks for an order to be shipped, in most occasions. You’ll receive an e-mail notification once the order is shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be included in all orders, and the customer can find it in the confirmation e-mail sent when an order has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The following timespans are provided by the shipping company and our store doesn’t take responsability for failing those expected delivery windows:

  • Portugal – approx. 1-2 business days
  • Europe – approx. 5 business days
  • Worldwide – approx. 7 business days
